The microphone doesn’t seem to work. It’s not showing my tuning. What do I do?
Section titled “The microphone doesn’t seem to work. It’s not showing my tuning. What do I do?”On iOS, you may need to enable the microphone. Open the “Settings” app on your device, scroll down to “Privacy” and select “Microphone”. Then, make sure that Tunable is turned on. Restart Tunable and the microphone should be enabled.
What is the white line being drawn?
Section titled “What is the white line being drawn?”The white lines being drawn is the pitch center for the last few seconds. This shows whether a note is being played steadily or if it is inconsistent as it’s being sustained. If the line is left/bottom of the center, the note is flat and if it’s right/top, the note is sharp.
Is there a quick way to change the temperament key?
Section titled “Is there a quick way to change the temperament key?”iOS: In the Settings menu, tap on Temperament to select a different temperament and “Temperament Key” to select a different key for that temperament. You can also quickly change Temperament Key by double-tapping a note on the Tone Generator when using an Alternate Temperament.
Android: In the Settings menu, tap on Temperament to select a different temperament and “Temperament Key” to select a different key for that temperament. You can also quickly change Temperament Key by double-tapping a note on the Tone Generator when using an Alternate Temperament.
