Metronome Settings

The metronome can play 3 types of sounds. You may tap the subdivision of the metronome to cycle through the types of sounds.

You may change the sound of the downbeat of a new measure accent by selecting Downbeat Accent Sound in Metronome Settings.

You may change the sound of the non-accented subdivisions by selecting Subdivision Sound in Metronome Settings.

You may change the sound of the accented subdivisions by selecting Subdivision Accent Sound in Metronome Settings.

The volume changes the audio volume for the metronome. A higher setting will produce louder audio and a lower setting will produce quieter audio.

Tunable can produce a visual flash for each beat of the metronome.

After enabling the Visual Flash, you may select between the following visual flash options:

  • Full Screen: produces a visual flash across the full Metronome screen
  • Center: produces a visual flash within the center of the Metronome screen
  • Bottom: produces a visual flash on the bottom of the Metronome screen

Turning on Sync Metronomes will utilize Ableton Link technology to sync the metronome with other nearby devices that are on the same Wi-Fi network. When enabled, Tunable’s metronome will keep in time with other devices running Tunable (or other Ableton Link enabled applications). Changing the tempo on one device will automatically update the tempo on all other connected devices.
